    Opinion from outside IE

I was looking for an opinion before buying so I feel obliged to write something about these tyres. I rate them really very well. I have a Volvo S60 D5 163Km 340Nm weighing almost 1.5t, the car on these tyres is driving really well, they hold to the road very well and if someone likes it, you can really afford a lot. It allows you to quickly overcome curves without unpleasant, surprising skids, the driver feels the stability of the car. In addition to normal driving, it allows for "a little" madness, even encourages fast driving. The tyre on a dry surface is sensational (like glued), on wet surfaces I have always been happy with it and I rate it very well. Not bad water draining, I have never had a problem with the stability of the car entering the puddle. The tyres are also very quiet. When it comes to wear, they wear evenly and a little more than the usual (harder) counterparts of other brands. But these are virtually sport summer tyres that provide super grip and this is normal. Generally speaking, visible signs of wear after each season but without tragedy. I drove about 24000km on my set. Regards Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

I bought a tyre for the summer season 2008, I drove about 20,000 km, aggressive driving style, good dry grip and wet ok, keeps well in corners and when braking, as well as when starting, fron one wearing out faster, but probably due to driving style, it was similar with 2 other sets of other tyres in previous seasons, the only thing that worried me and cost me a little was lateral damage (glass and curb damage) - I have already traveled a few kilometers and had many new sets but such bad luck for the first time, I recommend for those who have had similar tyres, I buy new ones every season and always change the type of tyre, always high performance, the manufacturer is not important, each tyre has its pros and cons, you need to check all to have a comparison and certainly not roll on the road - because then all the tyres are good and there is nothing to overinvest, the differences come out in strange or extreme situations. Opinion from outside IE

Sharp and sure. At start, it is difficult to turn on the ASR on dry, braking is so sharp that the teeth could fall out. Light skidding on wet, although immediately signaled by a characteristic noise - I am talking about driving on the track here, because on no asphalt road I was able to slip them on the curves / roundabout. Unfortunately, this is not a purchase for those who like to save - a rubber compound and a quick start of the belt with the inscription mean that I probably won't reach 50 kkm on them, although I drive gently and I don't like to push the brakes too much - but something for something. When it comes to noise, they keep a good standard - on a regular patch road above 130 km / h a little rustle, but normal, while on a highway with new asphalt, only a slight noise, at 170 km / h very quiet. Opinion from outside IE

tyre ok - probably a little better on wet than dry, it does not "squeak" in a sharp corner - it just slides the car out of the corner !! Definitely much too noisy ... gives the impression as if the bearings were "coming out" in the car. It requires a slightly higher pressure of 2.4 - 2.5 bar, copes well with holes (the smaller ones of course), a total disaster on ruts !!!!!!! constant fight with the steering wheel and prayers for efficient ESP when overtaking :-) Definitely resistant to wear even in aggressive driving, compared with Conti a little less grippy (when moving away) ... but Conti had to be changed after 20 thousand km because thay got "bald" and on Dunlop tyres i can get more mileage ... Definite for, minus for ruts and noise !!!! Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

Pretty good though too expensive and the manufacturer's nomenclature would indicate premium level ... not really, but they are fine. I ignore the opinions of some reviewers, the type from bmw 530i says something about "deforming tyres at a standstill and beating on the steering wheel". Simply put, the car is scrap and suspension, you might as well come up with shock absorbers, springs and bushes "incumbent" at a standstill and a car stiff and loud. They are good, but not very wet (hard rubber compound). Seriously speaking, I think there will be at least a dozen others - cheaper tyre models at least as good or better. This is not a MAXX and you can hang the name suggestion. Al in all they are solid product. Read more Collapse
