Oponeo.ie is a part of Oponeo Group that was founded in 2001. Oponeo Group owns a number of widely recognized websites, including a variety of online shops and information portals. The wide range and high quality of our products are maintained through constant cooperation with wholesale companies from the European Union. Our online shops, operating under our registered logo OPONEO, are present in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Austria, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands and Belgium.

Oponeo.ie operates a modern, fully computerised logistics centre. As a result, most of our deliveries are estimated to take three to four working days.

Tyre storage

All tyres are stored according to producers’ recommendations which means that:

we store our products in dry, clean and moderately air-conditioned warehouses
we avoid damp conditions, direct sun and strong electrical light
temperatures in our warehouses are maintained between 10 and 25°C (higher temperatures speed up the ageing of rubber products)
we do not store in our warehouses any petrol, solvents, oils, lubricants, acids, base or any other chemical or disinfecting resources or any other substances which could be dangerous to rubber

Shipping

We use professional couriers who have long-standing experience in cargo shipment. The majority of our deliveries reach our customers within 4 working days.

Accepting delivery

We always recommend checking your received order to check that it is complete and that there is no damage to the goods. Should you notice any damage or incorrect goods delivered or the wrong quantity of goods, please notify the Customer Service Department of Oponeo.ie . In case of any doubt you may refuse to accept the delivery. If you refuse the delivery, you do not have to pay any delivery costs.
