Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse is the successor of Dunlop SP Sport Fastresponse. Compared to the previous model, Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse ensures a 30% higher fuel saving! If we compare this model to the tyres of competitive brands, Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse features a braking distance shorter by 2.8 metres on wet and by 3 metres on dry surfaces!

Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse is a tyre that will delight drivers who value top quality and maximum performance on any surface. The model was made using a special polymer compound which guarantees a very good grip. The excellent parameters shown on wet roads are facilitated by the wide grooves located in the central part of the tread which are responsible for water drainage and eliminate the risk of aquaplaning. The tread features an asymmetric pattern which is the perfect solution for variable weather conditions, enabling the tyre to behave well on both dry and on wet surfaces.

Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse was developed using ecological solutions. The structure of the tyre helps reduce fuel consumption and, consequently, therefore limiting its CO2 footprint. This is supported by its aerodynamic shape and the compound that reduces the amount of heat emitted. With Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse, the drive becomes more comfortable and convenient.

Its greatest asset is its low noise level. This is made possible by the closed grooves located in the tyre shoulder, which dampen the noise generated by the tyre and at the same time reduce the sounds coming from the outside. Thanks to the flattened tread profile, the model offers a larger area of tyre-surface contact. This provides better stability and helps maintain the driving track. One interesting innovation here is the use of a multi-angled tread which, by employing 10 different radiuses, ensures a higher driving precision and results in better driver control over the vehicle when cornering.

In 2016, Dunlop Sport BluResponse was ranked 3rd in tests organised by ADAC for size 185/65 R15 tyres.

Dunlop is a British company owned by Goodyear. Its name comes from the surname of John Dunlop who invented the first pneumatic tyre. The company is active in many fields of the automotive industry and its products are successfully used in rallies, track races and motorcycle races. Dunlop is the main tyre brand taking part in the famous 24-hour Le Mans race. The company supplies high-end (HP and UHP) tyres intended for the most demanding drivers.

    Opinion from outside IE

I bought Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse of 205/55R16 size this year. I made a few thousand kilometers on them, and I must say, I'm happy and surprised by this choice. Why am I sur-prised? Because although they are signed as 'sport' they are really comfortable, quiet and eco-nomical. After you change your tyres to these ones, you might not recognize your car. I had an impression as if my car was on rails, since when I was going through corners with high speed, these Dunlop's have not lost any grip. These tyres offer a phenomenal muffling and do great on uneven roads. Before those, I had Michelin tyres fitted on my car. Although both of those brands are high class, the difference was huge. I mean, Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse are bet-ter. In the past, when I was driving from Germany to Poland, which is the route I often drive through, with the speed of 150-170kph I had a fuel consumption of around 8,2l/100km. Now, with the new the consumption dropped to 7,3l/100km! This is great! As for the rainy condi-tions, I no longer feel uncertain while driving at high speed on the wet road. As for the wear-ing of these tyres, I cannot really give an opinion, since I did not notice any wear or damage inflicted on them. To sum things up, Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse put together a sport tyre's grip on the corners with street tyre's comfort on long routes. If this isn't enough, they also have an outstanding fuel economy! I got no plans of switching to different tyres, since I be-lieve there is no model that would beat this one. If I'll be in need of buying another set, I'd buy those Dunlop's from Oponeo again without hesitating. I really recommend them. Read more Collapse

First of all, I recommend Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse! I ride mostly on the roads with my Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDI. The previous tyres that I had fitted, were Barum Brillantis, and Dunlops are incomparably better! I fitted Dunlops for the summer and can now summarize the 20.000 kilometers I have made on them, before switching to winter tyres. First thing I paid attention to is braking. My car stopped way faster than on the previous tyres. Apart from that, I have an impression that they are kind of soft, and behave great on uneven surfaces. As for the noise, it is a bit hard for me to comment on that, since I drive a TDI, so the engine is quite noisy. Sometimes though, I stepped hard on a pedal and listened to the sound. It was quiet and pleasant. Another thing is fuel consumption. I managed to drop the gas usage from 5l/100km to 4.5l/100km. I am happy with this result. In my opinion Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse endurance is about 50.000 kilometers or in other words 2 seasons. As for on how they behave on the highway. They disperse water very well and the grip is tight. While corner-ing, there are no problems too. But when I got into a tight curve, I heard a bit of noise on the side. Then they went quiet. On the dry road, the overall feel is as if you were driving on rails. They grip the road like there’s no tomorrow. It is important, since I care about suspension and all that, so I wouldn’t like it to be damaged over time. Just to sum up, I’d recommend Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse to anyone! Read more Collapse

I have bought a new car back in 2007. It's Mazda. Then, when I had to change the tyres for summer ones, I have been wondering for a long time. Originally, Mazda equips cars in Bridgestone tyres. In this case my car had Bridgestone Turanza T001 fitted. I've read numbers of texts, seen many user reviews and finally decided to buy Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse. The greatest help in choosing a tyre was Oponeo's website, which is full of helpful articles and broad descriptions of the tyres, its sizes and brands. I am very happy that I chose Dunlop's. They prove great on both dry and wet roads. The real test I gave them, was during my trip to Croatia. I was driving in the rain, and the tyres' grip never dropped. Water was drained of the tyres perfectly. Then I came to the Croatian serpentine mountain, and the tyres did not let me down. I felt as if I was driving on a dry road. I had full control on the corners and tight turns at a speed of around 40-60kph. As for fuel economy, when driving for 1413 kilometers, I have saved about 0,5 liters of gasoline on each 100 kilometers when using Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse. Let me just notice you that I was driving about 140kph. In addition, they are pretty quiet too. The difference between the Bridgestone's I had fitted (71dB) and Dunlop's which I have now (68dB) is clearly audible. You can simply hear the difference. To sum up - they are tyres with a great price and perfect quality. I would highly recommend them. Read more Collapse

At first, Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse caught my attention with a bit of ‘futuristic’ look of their asymmetric tread pattern. All the tyres are made of rubber, obviously, but when I touched these ones, they were completely different from what I know. These were more, how to put it, sticky. Of course, with the use they will grow worn and old, and the first impression of the brand-new tyre which has never been used is obviously positive. The only downside would be the rolling resistance, since in contrast with my old tyres, these actually have a tread. But in all seriousness, I have tested them by setting off faster, breaking violently, and cutting corners tighter, just to check the noise generated by them. It’s astonishing! And I won’t exaggerate if I say that while driving in my normal everyday style, I feel safer than before. I have in mind that no matter how good the tyres are, I still am a subject of the laws of physics. But thanks to Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse I feel that I have a greater chance to get out of various threats on the road without a problem. I’m not able to compare them with other model of the same class, but those serve me well. I have not noticed any real changes in fuel consumption, or the tyre wear. Furthermore, they are very quiet and have an excellent grip on all surfaces. They are simply better than every tyre I have ever used. Read more Collapse

I bought Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse after reading through some opinions and regarding the tyre parameters provided by my car's manufacturer. I have been using them for one year, so it would be hard to comment on their durability. I'll focus on my impression and observations. First of all, I wanted to have quiet tyres. These meet my expectations, as they are compatible with manufacturers guideline. Once I had some recommended tyres fitted, but those are better. It seems that they make almost no noise at all. Second thing is braking and driving comfort. Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse deserve to be in the premium class. Of course there are many factors that influence car's behaviour, like its construction, etc., but the tyres are important too, and these Dunlop's behave great during cornering and braking. I travel across Europe, even around the mountains, where the roads have many curves, so I know what I'm saying. Finally, the third thing is fuel consumption. Dunlop states that those tyres have low rolling resistance. I was rather sceptical on this information. I have been surprised though, as the fuel consumption has decreased by few tens of liters on those tyres, while my driving style did not change a bit. Now I am able to drive about 100km on a single tank thanks to Dunlop SP SportBluresponse. Read more Collapse

I had fitted Dunlop SP Sport Max but they got worn off so I had to change them. It was quite hard to choose. I really wanted tyres with a great grip and driving comfort is important as well so it made it even more complicated. I decided to buy set of new Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse because of the two reasons. I was happy with my previous ones and also I have Dunlop tyre fitted on my spare wheel. Still I was not really sure because there is too many good revievs about them . It looked like a marketing trick for me. Now, after some mileage I can tell that there is no lies and tricks. This tyres model is just perfect. Grip is impressive, especially on the wet road. I made small test and tried them on the rainy day - really satisfied. I have got the impression that it is impossible to lose the control of the vehicle. Of course it should not taken literally but it gives some idea how confident is driving on this Dunlop model. In my opinion it is the best tyre on the market. Read more Collapse

Tyres recomended for all kind nof drivers. Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse will suitt needs of the users with calm and also bit more agressive driving style in my opinion. I was really impressed when I went on the highway on the quite bad weather conditions, rain and a lot of water on the asphalt. I felt confident even during some fast driving - aquaplaning resistance is on the top level. What is also important - they are quiet so the informatons from the label is definitely true. I need to admit that the label is one of the major things for me and this tyre model has got one of the best scores. I have them fitted from few months now and I am really satisfied. My driving style is dunamic so if I can tell that this Dunlop tyre match my requirments then drivers with some more controlled driving style will be happy too. In my opinion it is one of the best tyres on the market currently. and I can recommed it with no doubts. Read more Collapse

The choice of these tires was inspired by the opinions of other drivers on the portal. A little risky, but the risk paid off. The tyres after the first few meters surpriesed me because of a little rolling resistance when approaching the lights - I was much more difficult to break because the car was going, and going. The tyres damp vibrations very cool due to their softness. As for the road they are quiet, the car uses less of fuel about 1l / 100 miles - front tire profile 215 before and the current 205. I wouldn’t be myself if I hadn’t fund faults. The tyre is unsuitable for madness , with violent maneuver, I have the feeling that the car runs quietly, and with a strong change of direction the impression that the tire is running on the side and go to the rim, even thoug it holds the stick. In my previous Firestone Bleresponse there are sensational. I would buy again and I sincerely recommend. Read more Collapse

I use tyre evenly throughout the city and beyond. Business car, but the middle-of-the-road style of driving. The tyre meets the expectations, comfortable but stable and predictable both when driving straight ahead, cornering and braking. It gives a sense of security. Previously was using Bridgestone Potenza 235 / 50R17 (great for fast fun in the corners, but a little hard), the Dunlop SP Sport01 235 / 50R17 (slightly subsided in the corners of Bridgestone, but the much greater comfort, much cheaper, and the curves can be accessed quickly and very quickly :)). Then, in the size 205/55 / R16 Conti Sport Contact 5 (at highway speeds in high speed maneuvers and unexpected turns seemed unstable and did not give such a sense of security that Dunlop, the choice felt on Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse this time. My next tyres will be also from Dunlop brand. Read more Collapse

I used Goodyear and Continental tyres for years. After this long time I decided to check something else. It was quite hard to choose but after some research I have ordered Dunlop SP Sport Bluerespone. After about 3000 miles, which is not really a lot, but enough to have some opinion, I can tell that they are really good. The main benefit for me is low rolling resistance because it allows me to save some money on fuel. This tyre model is also quiet which makes me happy when I need to drive some distance on the highway. Wet grip is excellent but it has to be as it is the premium class product. Price is all right. I can not judge the way how this tyre looks because everyone have their own opinion about it how tread should look like. Quick conclusion - tyre worth the money and probably I will buyt another Dunlops in the future. Read more Collapse

I am professional driver so i drive a lot. The quality of the tyres is really important for me. I used all type of tyres from budget, middle and premium class. In my opinion price can not tell anything about the tyre quality. I also always read all tests before I decide which tyre model should I buy. It is the first summer Dunlop tyre which I ordered and they are for my private vehicle. I do not regret at all. Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse can handle the rainy weather, wet asphalt perfectly. It is the most important advantage. They are quite in the same time. Previously I have noticed that fuel consumption slightly increased after changing the winter tyres for all season model. This time, just summer instead of all weather, it did not happened again. I can recommend to anyone who need the top quality product. Read more Collapse

Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse is definitely good product. I used some of the other premium class tyres and if I would compare them to this Dunlop model it is the best so far. Grips are excellent, both dry and wet which is more important foir a safety and weather in our country. I think that this tyre can be recommended for anyone. Drivers with some more experience will be satisfied for sure. You can drive quite fast and aggressive without losing the control. Drivers with some less experience on the road should fit them too. Reason for it is that Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse will support them in every situation and will help to avoid some of the unwanted surprises which can simply happen. To conclude - one of the best choices if someone want to have good quality product and do not want to regret the purchase. Read more Collapse

I use Dunlop tyres from many years now. I decided to buy Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse recently and I ordered all four brand new. It is always much better to spend money for the good quality product which has been already checked by me and I know that I will not regret. As always is has been the best choice. In my opinion it is not really worth to save some money and buy one of the Chinese products just to find out that they are gone after a year or something and it is a time to change the tyres once again. That is why i prefer to choose premium class tyres and it is Dunlop from few years. There is no problems during the driving in all weather conditions. It is possible to drive fast and safe in the same time even on the rainy day which happens quite often as all we know. Definitely worth the money. Read more Collapse

Hello everyone. Recently, I changed my old tires Continental 195 / 55 / R15 for 195/60 on blueresponse / R15 in his BA 323F. I made them a little, but after changing Dunlop comfort quite different. You can have the feeling that the car even flows, and well cushioned inequality. I am shocked that so much may depend on the tires. High profile tires (60) so that they look like a balloon, but it has comfort, safety and appearance is not important when it comes to tyres. The car also got much quieter. As for the fuel consumption it is difficult to say, because of too little miles. Used tyres you can buy for 25 GBP / pcs or more. You pay twice more, and you have a new, not repaired the tire. From the perspective of time I will not buy used tyres anymore. The choice in my opinion, was accurate. Read more Collapse

Previously rolled Dunlop FASTRESPONSE. After the tyre was punctured one, I was again looking for Dunlop. I drove 4000 miles with them. That was bothered me at the beginning of a soft tire. Compared to the previous clearly feel that the tire is softer. My first observation - will be quickly consumed. However, the fear seemed unjustifiable. Very good tyre grip in both wet and dry conditions. The car does not float in the corners and on the highway at a speed even of 80 miles/hour tire is quiet and stable. The only drawback is deep mud, here you have to use the throttle gently and do not jerk. But you can not demand that the tire is designed for excellent tourism cars out of the mud. If I had to recommend the tires, I say definitively DUNLOP SP SPORT BLURESPONSE are almost perfect. Read more Collapse

I have been thinking about buying these tires for a long time, because I have a Passat from 2000 so I was not sure if there is sense to buy such expensive tires, which exceeds the value of the car:) ... Despite everything I bought and I am very impressed. The tire keeps on the wet surface as it was one with the asphalt. Bows on a wet surface are pure pleasure. I use the tire mainly on the highway and I must say that it is very very quiet. On a dry surface - a revelation! When it comes to fuel consumption, I thought it would be better. It is true that fuel consumption is lower but not as low as I imagined. Driving on these tires is pure pleasure, especially on wet surfaces. TRUST I recommend - even to old cars - thanks to them you will gain a second youth! Read more Collapse

I bought Dunlop BlueResponse tires because of low fuel consumption advert and a modern mix of the mixture used for production. In addition, I was tempted by the low noise parameter. With regard to noise and combustion, it is difficult for me to assess, because for now I have bought only 2 items for the front. I can only mention, that you do not hear rolling. However, I can recommend tires when it comes to grip. It happened to me to brake a few times. They convinced me. Regarding the other parameters for adhesion, I will not speak because I am driving a van (Citroen C8) and I am not freaking out. PS. on the back, I think I will buy tires with a traditional tread depth (8mm), because these 5 or 6 mm for a new Dunlop doesn’t convinced me. Read more Collapse

I have spent the same amount of money before on generic tyres bought in the local garage and I have had to replace these after a year. I have had some good distance covered on these Dunlops and I'm delighted to say they are hands down the best I've ever driven on. Braking has improved so much and the wear on them is extremely uniform and slow. They produce basically no noise even on rough terrain and have fantastic grip even on loose chippings. I was slightly worried that a summer tyre might not suit Ireland for the winter months but they out performed other tyres I've used during these months and get even better with the warmer/drier weather. I will definitely be buying from here again and recommending everyone I know to do the same. Read more Collapse

Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse is really quiet. I had some directional premium class tyres fitted for the winter and after few weeks with Dunlops I can say that difference in the noise level is huge. Grip on the wet and dry is on the top level. This tyre allows to drive quite fast on the wet roads during the rainy days and safety is the most important thing if it comes to a tyres. Rolling resistance is small and then fuel consumption is lower so the label is accurate. All three parameters are great - fuel consumption, wet grip and the noise which means that it is really premium class product. The only thing which could be a bit better is the tread pattern. It really does not attract the attention but you can not have all. Good choice. Read more Collapse

Very solid tyres at a very reasonable price. I have done over 20000 kilometres on them and I am satisfied with my purchase. The first thing that positively surprised me was their quietness. I could really feel the difference compared to my old tyres. Another plus is the fuel consumption: I drive quietly but dynamically. In the Skoda, the fuel consumption is around 5.0 (the real fuel consumption, not the indicative figure, which is lower). With the previous tyres and a similar driving style, the fuel consumption was around 5.5. Maybe it is not a big difference, but it is always there. I was also looking for a tyre with good wet grip and, again, I was not disappointed. The car handles confidently at any speed. Read more Collapse

Hello, I bought Dunlop for the first time (I always had Conti) and I have to say that they are nothing different from the predecessors, and even I must admit that they look is definitely a plus, but it's a matter of taste. Both on dry and wet there is nothing to complain about, the braking distance perfect at any conditions, I have traveled about 7,000 on them and there are no visible signs of using. My driving style is neither aggressive nor calm - rather normal (a lot of travel with a child). I recommend the tires with a clear conscience - I will add that the colleague in the service car has identical and did on them for 25,000km and also very satisfied and the tires will do still a bit more :) Read more Collapse

Admittedly, I have not yet driven too many kilometres on the tyres, but after changing from winter tyres, what a relief it was to see that the car was immediately quiet, with no noise, and what is also very important, what the manufacturer states is in full agreement. From the moment I put them on, the car feels more refreshing, as if it has been supercharged with extra power, so it turns out that rolling resistance is at a very low level. The previous summer tyres I had were Kleber and I thought they were good. But now I find that Dunlop is what I have been looking for for a very long time. I am happy to recommend these tyres to any car owner and I thank oponeo for their professionalism. Read more Collapse

Tires as the most recommendable because they behave very well in various weather conditions. A big plus is the consistency of the rubber compound from which they were made, because the tires are not hard and I think it also has a positive impact on the depreciation of the car. Construction of the tread provides good drainage, which in rainy conditions is very beneficial during braking. Although there is no winter, and tires that I describe are summer tires, I noticed that even at lower temperatures, the rubber does not change its consistency. Therefore, in all good conscience I can recommend these tires, which was recommended to me personally known racer ever on Dunlop tires on Taxi. Yours Read more Collapse

I bought the tires only because I had to replace the old with a new one, the old one has just ceased to fulfill it’s role ... I decided on Dunlop also because I was recommended by a friend who works in professional tyres company. Generally, I do not have any objections to the tyres, because I have only driven a few miles on them. On the dry surface they perform very well, perfectly transferring the steering wheel to the road it is even better on the wet, because they perfectly indicate their maximum ability and know in advance how fast you can go ... The only objection is the damping of inequalities, which in my opinion is a bit inadequate, but it is it's my subjective feeling .... Read more Collapse

size 225/50 R17 98W, driven >10,000 km in summer conditions. After the noisy Yokohama, I feel like I'm floating. Very quiet, handles dry surfaces incredibly well. There wasn't much wet this summer so impressions were few but I didn't notice anything worrying. It would be ideal BUT you only experience all these benefits after driving off the tyre. The tyres come apart on the rim after a few tens of kilometres. The steering wheel vibrates constantly. They lose their shape. After balancing to 0, you can still see that they wave to the side and are egg-shaped. Placing the tyres on the rim is a miracle. They only last for a few dozen kilometres after leaving the tyre specialist. Read more Collapse

Tyres are highly recommendable. First, their loudness is really a plesure inside the vehicle. Previous - Goodyear Vector 5 + “screamed” as if the car has damaged all its bearings hubs. And here you can hear the engine noise and wind :) When it comes to fuel consumption - very economic. Combustion has decreased about more or less 1 to 1.5 liters per 100 km. Tyre grip and adhension on the curves are also very high. Information on tyre “beating” and balancing problems have not been confirmed in my case - tyres also work very well at highway speeds. The great advantage is the fact that the tyres are produced in well-developed countries. Generally in good conscience recommended. Read more Collapse

Dunlop is a recognizable brand, so I was looking for a name when looking for tires. Unfortunately, the model I purchased did not meet my expectations. Tires, even inflated to a pressure above the required level, are smoothed out as under-inflated ("balloons"), in addition, the description of economics has also not been confirmed. On winter tires by Vanli in autumn and winter, the car burned less fuel by about 1l / 60 miles. I mention that I tested without using air conditioning in warm weather. The advantage is the affordable price. Overall, I regret to say that this tire model did not work in my case, but I still say that Dunlop is a recognizable brand. Regards. Read more Collapse

My car was originally fitted with Michelin tyres. When the time came to replace the tyres with new ones, I had no intention of looking for other tyres but to fit the same ones. However, I thought why not look for something else. If only to gain experience. And so, after reading positive reviews about these tyres, I decided to buy them. Admittedly, I haven't driven a very long distance up to the time of writing this opinion, because about 8 thousand km, but in various weather conditions (I remind you that the summer at the beginning was not so hot and sunny). The tyres perform well on both dry and wet surfaces. They are quiet. They have met my expectations. Read more Collapse

The tyre is quiet, that's a fact. Very quiet indeed, at 180km/h you can't hear the tyres. However, in sharp turns the tyres buzz terribly, this is due to the terribly soft tyre sidewalls, which I felt as if they would tear in my hands... Fuel consumption? Pirelli CInturato p7, which has a worse label, had lower consumption on the road in the same conditions. Tyre is good for a really quiet driver, in alfa romeo sometimes you want to go crazy - with these tyres it is risky, the car sways in corners. In the rain the tyres are excellent. I have done 4500 thousand km and rate the tyres 6/10. If the tyre sidewalls were normal or hard, the tyres would be "nice". Read more Collapse

I have fitted Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse last spring and I need to admit that it is the top class product. This tyre model keeps the vehicle on the road with no problems even on the wet road. Weather conditions does not matter (of course it is not the winter tyre so I never used it on snow for example). Water is drained out smoothly and efficiently from under the tyres. Tread pattern seems to be well constructed though. Driving on the Dunlops is really comfortable and gives the confidence. They are quiet even after the whole summer and some signs of the worn off (not too much, just normally). In my opinion this model is definitely worth the money. Read more Collapse

I bought these tyres because of their parameters: rolling resistance, wet grip and low noise. All of these parameters meet 100%. I am very happy with the purchase. They perfectly absorb unevenness thanks to the soft sides - that's why I strongly advise against people looking for tires with sport flair (I suggest Dunlop SportMaxx RT for you). You just have to be careful when raiding the curb, because the tyre bends quite heavily and you can damage the rim. This is not a disadvantage, you just have to get used to it. As for the combustion, I did not notice the difference in the city, but on the road the car use about 0.5 l / 100km less. OK. Recommend. Read more Collapse

I recommend the Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse tyres, they are a great choice for anyone who appreciates economical driving, as well as comfort from the very low rolling resistance and thus from the virtually almost inaudible noise. I bought the tyres at the beginning of May 2015 and to date I have done about 10,000 km on them, on the road and in town. The tyres are like NEW!!! The tread is preserved and measured (the same as I received from the courier). The tyres work perfectly on dry as well as wet roads. Now I have bought winter tyres from DUNLOP, because I know that this is a recommended company! I recommend them to everyone who enjoys driving! Read more Collapse

I do not recommend the tyres. After purchase and fitting, the car started to vibrate strongly at speeds of 100-130 km/h. Despite subsequent balancing the vibrations did not stop. I managed to identify the tyre, which must have had a manufacturing defect. The complaint was accepted and the tyre was replaced. Unfortunately, the vibrations did not stop after fitting and driving comfort was still far from ideal. This time, I have claimed all four tyres as I do not know which one(s) have a manufacturing defect. I am currently waiting for the outcome of the complaint. I am disappointed with the tyres, until now I have had a good opinion about Dunlop. Read more Collapse

The main reason was my previous experience with this brand as mentioned and the really positive reviews. I am happy with this choice. This tyre is more than just a good one. Best scores on the label. Traction and wet grip are excellent. Braking, aquaplaning resistance as well. In two words Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse is the top quality product. I was looking for some summer tyres in decent price and best possible quality. After a week of reading and checking finally I decided to try Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse. The most important thing for me is safety and what comes after that - the wet grip and braking on the wet road. After few months I can tell that it was really good choice. They can handle the aquaplaning which means that it is hard to lose control of the vehicle on the wet and in the same time it is possible to break when it is needed. I was surprised how quiet this tyre model is. Really not expected benefit. I am satisfied and I can recommend with a clear conscience. Read more Collapse

Excellent tyres, I bought them simply by comparing the specs on the EU sticker, but they turned out to be a hit - super quiet, comfortable enough and surprisingly good cornering grip. The only thing that changed on the downside after switching from my old bridgestones was the quick start - in the dry it's easier to break traction with the dunlops, but it's compensated by the amazing lateral grip. Curves that I used to do at 80km/h can now be done at 100 and the car absolutely does not go outside and the tyres do not squeal. I've done maybe 12,000 km on them so I can't say much about durability as they are not worn out at all so far. Read more Collapse

The tyres are designed to be environmentally friendly in terms of fuel economy, so the car consumes less. Exemplary behaviour on dry surfaces, very good road holding on wet surfaces, in my opinion shorter braking distances, although there is no sensational tyre in the world on wet and slippery roads this tyre behaves very well, better than the deck tyre used previously. Driving comfort at a high level: the tyres are fairly supple, but without exaggeration, there's no floating effect from the car. In terms of wear, the tyre wears averagely. I'd recommend it to anyone who appreciates ecology, safety and driving comfort. Read more Collapse

These tyres make really, really a good job. Previously I used Nokian (only 2 seasons). Overall I would not recommend Nokian summer (winter is another story - are great), which are noisy and not very comfortable. I put Dunlop and immediately, it appeared calm and comfort. Wet grip is simply a revelation. Adhension on curves is definately above average, despite the fact that the dedicated tyre roll rather quiet. Sustainability is not enough discussion for the distance I did (about 15 miles), I see no excessive wear. And .... one thing, a bit pricey, but worth it. Tyre recommendable. Next certainly Dunlop Sport Blurespons Read more Collapse

I was looking for quiet tyres and found them. The Honda Accord 2.4 is not one of the best soundproofed cars. Not only can you hear a lot of street life from inside the vehicle, but you can also hear the noise from the less than perfect tyres. My previous hankook tyres covered 105,000 km and then they ran out. In the last days of their life they made an unbearable noise. The Dunlop is more than quiet, you just don't hear it at all. In addition, they are moderately springy, more stiff than comfortable, but this gives good control of the car in fast corners. Braking on dry and wet is no different from other premium tyres. I bought these tyres at the beginning of the season and I have no regrets. Previously I used Dunlop winter tyres and they were terrific. I have winter tyres since I have bought a new car. Blueresponse comparing the Michelin Energy Saver are much calmer and I feel that the car seems to be lighter. After crossing 20 tousands miles I didn't have bad experience with Blueresponse. When it comes to driving on wet roads also performs extremely sensational. I’m not afraid to come in tighter turns with my Toyota Avensis Verso even with six people on a board. Tyres commendable. If I had to buy a new one I would also buy Dunlop. Read more Collapse

I approached the purchase very carefully and thoughtfully. It took me a long time to choose tyres for my car and I chose Dunlop. In all honesty, I was influenced by other people's opinions and the label on the tyre. I also wanted the tyres to be quiet. After driving more than 15,000 km I can say one thing.... Dunlop tyre is great!!! I recommend these tyres to anyone at a reasonable price, and any customer as demanding as I am will be satisfied. The undoubted advantage of the tyre is the noise - they are very quiet, traction also in the rain as well as good suppression of road noise. I recommend to every driver... Read more Collapse

Previously I used Continental 205/55R16 tyres and in my opinion they were better than the Dunlop. The car definitely performed better in corners and on wet surfaces. However, they were also much more expensive and unfortunately... they wore out quickly. At the moment, I don't know what the Dunlop durability will be (too little distance driven). I consider Dunlop tyres to be a good choice for drivers who prefer a rather moderate driving style. There is certainly nothing to complain about, and the comparison with Continental comes from the fact that I know them well. I certainly do not regret my choice of Dunlop. Read more Collapse

I have this tyre model on my personal car. I drive with my whole family very often so the safety is crucial thing for me. Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse provides me with the real confidence. Of course I do not drive aggressively due to the fact that I am not alone in the vehicle but most probably this tyre model can handle some more dynamic rides too. Braking is good which is also important for a safety reasons. The rest of the features, like fuel efficiency or noise level, are fine. I really can not tell that there is something wrong with this product. Can be recommended for anyone with clear conscience. Read more Collapse

I bought the tyres by browsing user reviews on various forums beforehand. Previously I had: Fulda, Firestone, Michelin - a very noticeable difference. During the first week I had to admit that I was wondering if I had made the right choice - they were very noisy and hard. But after driving several hundred kilometres, the tyre fit superbly and now performs excellently, just as declared by the manufacturer. My fuel consumption has dropped by about 0.5 litres, and after driving about 10,000 km on them, you can hardly notice the wear. I highly recommend them - it is hard to find better ones at this price. A tyre with very good handling characteristics, as shown by the label. The only thing to be aware of is the soft sidewalls. For some people this is a plus (bump absorption), for others a minus ("floating" in fast corners). Considering my driving style (mainly city, gentle style) - this is a big advantage. The soft sides give super comfort. On the other hand, you have to be very careful when driving up curbs. Going too fast can damage the rim. I recommend the tyre to those looking for comfort and good handling characteristics. As befits a premium tyre, mounting and balancing is easy. Best regards Read more Collapse

I have been advised to buy Dunlop SP Sport Bluerespone by the customer service representative and I have to admit that it was a really good choice. I have them fitted from several weeks now and I can not say anything bad. Frankly speaking my driving style is not dynamic but I need to do some mileage over the usual week so it is enough to made an opinion. First of all, the biggest advantage is the braking. It is just excellent, gives confidence and makes you feel safe on the road. Another important thing is the reduced fuel consumption. Nice benefit, simply saves money for you. Highly recommended. I recommend the tyres. It took me quite a while to decide on a new set of summer tyres. Eventually, I decided on these tyres and I am 100% satisfied. I do not drive very aggressively, but, as you know, it happens to everyone to push the pedal to the end... Grip on dry and wet pavement is perfect. Quick entry into gaps is not the slightest problem despite the fact that I drive a "lifted" estate. The car grips the road like glue. Rolling resistance is very good, consumption decreased by about 0.3l/100km. In everyday driving a huge plus is that they are very quiet and well suppress unevenness. Read more Collapse

I switched to these much inferior tyres with the Dunlop Sport SP 2000, first impression.... calm. The car runs lightly. Previously, I used to go to service centres thinking my bearings were humming. I've covered over 5k km, including over 4k in Europe during the holidays, in a variety of weather conditions, from pouring rain to over 40C heat. Water doesn't scare me any more, before entering a puddle I had to hold the steering wheel firmly, now I can drive even in pouring rain by holding it with one hand - aquaplaning is undetectable! The road holds sensationally, there's no lag in bends. Read more Collapse
