When reviewing the summer tyre range (W124 3.0 TD), I was mainly looking for very good wet grip and short braking distances. Price was also important, but not the most important. I had previously had Michaelmas or Pirelli. In the end I chose (for a test) the Dunlop SP Sport Bluresponse 205/55R15 91V. After having driven on them for about 10k, I can say that the choice turned out to be very correct. It turned out that the tyres have very good grip and are really quiet. My expectations have been fully satisfied. I am now looking for winter tyres and these will probably also be Dunlops. Read more Collapse

I've already done 7000 km on the tyre and I can comment. They really save fuel. Very good wet and dry braking properties. The flanges smoked more, braked less well in the dry and wore out quicker, and had a softer sidewall, but this made starting and braking easier in the wet. BLURESPONSE is very good in corners thanks to the large sidewall blocks, in dry and wet corners is excellent, the disadvantages are starting in the wet and braking on slightly damp surfaces, but this is the fault of the tread and the solid sidewall. After driving around 12,000 in various conditions, mainly motorways and a bit of city, I can safely say that this is one of the best tyres I have had. I will probably put it on my second car as well. Noticeably quieter than the previous tyres, holds well and confidently in corners even on waterlogged pavement. A slight drop in fuel consumption is noticeable at high mileages. As far as durability is concerned, it is still difficult to say after such a mileage, but I can't see any excessive abrasion, teething, etc. Generally speaking, it is a very good tyre, I recommend it. I bought dunlop tyres because they were the cheapest premium tyre around and I am very happy with them. They don't slip at all on wet roads, and I think they are very safe indeed. After changing from the old poor tyres, the car is much quieter at higher speeds and bumps are also better damped. However, there is no significant difference in fuel consumption, which is what the manufacturer boasts about. Combustion dropped maybe by 0.1 litre per 100 and maybe not, it depends on the driving style mainly, not on the tyres. On the old tyres I achieved similar results as now Read more Collapse

I'll be honest, for me it's a bit too soft, you can feel the bumps that abound on our roads. As for the other tyre parameters, I have no reservations. I haven't done much with them yet, but in general they're not bad, especially on wet asphalt. I like to push a bit when driving in the rain and the tyres work as expected, good water evacuation and with more aggressive passing in the rain don't feel the drift or slip. As for buying, I can recommend it to others, although I will buy more when I change, but just to see what other manufacturers have to offer. Read more Collapse

Apart from the rather high price, the tyres perform very well on wet and dry roads. I have covered about 15,000km since March and really have nothing to complain about. I can't comment on their durability right now, as I think I haven't used them long enough. A year ago, I bought 2 Uniroyal Rainsports or something like that and after driving about 30,000 km during the season, the tread was practically gone that year. After that event, I decided that I had to buy something better, as the amount of miles covered by the uniroyal would probably last longer. Read more Collapse

I chose these tyres for my Suzuki Swift, and I can honestly say that I was guided by the very good parameters quoted by the manufacturer. It is mainly about rolling resistance and noise. In practice all this has been confirmed. However, the best thing about this tyre is the unevenness of the tread pattern. Compared to my previous Pirelli P3000 they have very soft sidewalls and this, in my opinion, makes for a much more comfortable ride, especially on the Swift where the suspension is stiff. The cherry on the cake is the country of manufacture Germany. Read more Collapse

I have been riding on these tyres for 4 seasons now. I live in the Sudeten foothills, where snow and slush are not uncommon. In my opinion, the tyres perform excellently in these conditions. They grip very well on snow and slush, I have never had a problem with starting, and it should be added that at my place it is almost everywhere steep, either uphill or downhill, and with these tyres there is no problem with starting, with sudden braking they provide full control over the car. With winter approaching, I can in good conscience recommend this tyre. Read more Collapse

After driving about 3kkm I can say that it is a very good choice. First of all, a perfectly round tyre, absolutely no vibrations even at high speeds, a noticeable reduction in fuel consumption compared to the previous Semperit tyres, and all this after mounting the Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse on the front axle only. I will definitely also buy these tyres for the rear. And most importantly, the tyres are exceptionally quiet, especially in the wet, no noise at all. They grip the road perfectly in all conditions and are very predictable. Read more Collapse

The best tyre which I have ever used. It really does not matter if the road is nice and dry or just after the rain. It is possible to drive through the puddles with some decent speed without losing control of the vehicle. Also, I have noticed that fuel consumption is lower and some more money stays in my wallet. In fact the Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse is also very quiet and certainly it makes it more comfortable that the competitors I think. I am really pleasantly surprised and I can recommend this tyre with the clear conscience. Read more Collapse

Fitted before the holiday season, driven about 4000 km. This is the first time I have the opportunity to test Dunlop. There was already an opportunity to test hard driving for a belated wedding, a) highway - 230km / h - sharp braking - behavior sensational, b) no leaning in corners (sharp turns) - goodyears lacked that c) the recent downpours in Poland showed that the tyre has virtually no performance loss on wet pavement - aquaplaning does not exist for it (of course without forcing) GREAT!!! definitely my favourite for years Read more Collapse

I bought these tyres after studying reviews on the internet and I have not been disappointed at all. The tyres are very quiet, very good braking on wet asphalt, also on dry asphalt. It is also true that the tyres save fuel, I drive a lot on the road and I am convinced. I have tested it many times, filling up the tank, that the car uses at least 0.5 litres less diesel per 100 km. To sum up, I am very satisfied with the purchase and I am planning to buy these tyres again this year for my second car. I recommend them to everyone. Read more Collapse

I was often riding in the city, but also spent two trips of over 1,000km and a lot of time travelling within a 50km radius of the city. The tyres do an excellent job on wet and dry roads, and grip even the sharpest mountain bends (tested in a variety of weather conditions). They are very quiet and have very low rolling resistance. The only downside is the fact that there are quite a few wide, deep cuts made by the centre of the tyre around the perimeter like swallowing stone, and that wedge into this cavity and hit like crazy. I bought these tyres because of their supposedly good water drainage when driving in the rain and in puddles, but they are not as good as I thought, you have to be careful and slow down because they throw a little in puddles, no drama, but previously I had Kumho ecsta kh11 on the front and I could drive on them in really big puddles with confidence, now I have these Kumho at the back of the car and I think I will move them back to the front. These Dunlop tyres are not bad, but as I wrote above, I had better tyres. Read more Collapse

This is my second set of tyres from this manufacturer on this car. I previously used the model: SP Sport Fastresponse. Compared to this model, the Bluresponse are incredibly quiet, to my ears I started to hear car noises that I had not heard before. I've had a couple of emergency brakings on a wet surface and the ABS didn't even react. The previous ones teetered heavily, these I have yet to use too little to write anything about this ripple. Generally if I needed to I would buy this model again. Read more Collapse

Aggressive driving style, often takes corners at high speed, and on these tyres feel really secure, no flutter or slip. On dry ground, they perform very well. On the motorway, during a rain shower, it was possible to drive at 160 km/h on them without fear of aquaplaning, crossing ruts with water and puddles isn't terrible for them either. One of the best tyres I've had so far, and they look great on the car. The tyres are quiet, they don't wear out so quickly, really recommendable Read more Collapse

I purchased the size 205/50/R16. I can recommend DUNLOP tyres to anyone with a clear conscience. They are completely safe and their construction is of the highest standard. It's not worth risking your health and your life, it's better to put a little more money down and have a fully tested, safe and recommended product which not only enjoys many awards in tests but also has a huge following among drivers who already own a SP Sport Bluresponse model! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! Read more Collapse

I previously drove on Yokohamas and on Eagle F1s - they don't stand up to comparison: Yokohamas for faster aquaplaning, F1 for faster wear, especially around the so-called " bars". The Blue Sport Response grip great in the dry and wet, they don't squeal, you can feel and keep full control of the slip - obviously in a car with a firm suspension and not a zippy pontoon. Recommended for anyone who likes to cut a bit on tight bends - they do the job! Really short braking distances Read more Collapse

At this price, we have tyres of really very good quality. Driving on potholes and uneven terrain is not a big problem. No damage of any kind, and indeed there have been times when it was difficult and other tyres would not have held up. Quiet tyres, fuel consumption is difficult to determine as it depends on many other parameters and I cannot say whether it is noticeable. Appearance very positive. Very good wet and dry handling. Low tyre wear from really varied driving. Read more Collapse

I bought a set of Dunlop the beginning of the year 2014 as a new market with sensational articles in the tests, and a great price to its class tyres (premium). Uses them in Seacie Ibiza Sport currently over 140 hp and 310 nm (weight 1100 kg) and I have virtually no problems with traction, even on wet surfaces. Waht's more the tyresare very quiet and class A fuel economy, but with such a grip I think it's a good result because I do not smoke anymore. I highly recommend it. Read more Collapse

The tyres were mainly used out of town, although there was also some use in town. But I discovered the advantage of these tyres in driving outside the city at higher speeds (but in accordance with traffic regulations). The first advantage is the low noise level of this tyre and secondly the lower fuel consumption compared to the tyres used so far. The used tyres have good handling characteristics and hold up well on dry as well as wet surfaces. I recommend these tyres. Read more Collapse

For the last few seasons I have been buying only this model for other cars, the tyre is excellent, especially in the rain, the car stays glued to the road at higher speeds, also on slippery surfaces, the braking distance is also very good, the tyre life is average, but I drive very dynamically which has an impact on faster wear, in my opinion the price/quality correlation is very good, it is hard to find something as good in this price range, or even a class above. This is my first season with them, but in a fairly intensive driving in the city, off the roads and even dirt. They perform very well on all surfaces and course conditions within reasonable limits. At the start during rain I was cautious, but soon I gained confidence, and even a big shower was not a problem at 140 km/h. It behaves very well during braking hard on dry and wet roads. Abrasion is moderate, I think they will last for at least 3 seasons. Recommend Read more Collapse

I fitted them in April 2013 and I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little worried by selecting them because it is new on the market and we all know how that happens sometimes. Recently, I had a dry floor emergency brake, the brake is pressed to the end, and with all the strength squealing tires once at the end of braking, I thought something was wrong and went to the station to examine the brakes, it turned out that everything is normal. Very good grip on my A3 in corners. Great grip in the dry, very good in the wet. When wet, I don't really feel any difference in grip or braking. Maybe a little when driving more dynamically. Very good braking (these tyres work very well with the powerful brakes on my A3). The only downside is that I think the tyres wear out quite quickly (sort of faster compared to the cheaper summer tyres I had before). But then again, softer rubber = better grip. Read more Collapse

I have been using Dunlop tyres since I bought my first car in 2002. The first were the SP Sport 300 (Audi 80) then the SP Sport 01 (Audi A6) then the SP Sport Fastresponse (Seat Alhambra) and now the SP Sport Blueresponse (Ford Fiesta). All the tyres mentioned were quiet, good handling and not bad looking. I bought them all new and sold them with the car and have used the cars for 4-5 years each. Really good durability. I recommend the Dunlop brand. Read more Collapse

I use Dunlop SP Sport Blueresponse from more than a year. They are not badly worn off but maybe I could expect something a little bit better? Well, it is the only one disadvantage. Traction is perfect. Wet grip and aquaplaning resistance on the top level. Fuel consumption is low which is important because I drive a lot. Braking works fine. It is also a quiet tyre and it is not common feature. So, conclusion is that this model is worth to recommend. Read more Collapse

I recommend these tyres to anyone who wants to spend reasonable money and have good tyres. Low rolling resistance ( consumption down by 0.7 litres per 100 km), quiet, very good grip on dry, good on wet. Unfortunately, one of the tyres recently blew a hole in the side, so it was disposed of, I don't know how much was my fault and how much was due to the weakness of the tyre (with the Nokians with rim protection, this did not happen). Overall 5/6. Read more Collapse

The tyres saved me and the vehicle thanks to their excellent grip when a lunatic tried to run me down in Legionowo near Warsaw. Despite driving onto a high kerb at 60 km/h with the ABS howling, the tyres were not damaged, although the wheels at the front had to be thrown away. Sometimes a one-metre shorter braking distance can save your health or even your life. A lot of money too. I really recommend - mine passed the test with an A! Read more Collapse

Tyres bought in August 2013. Till winter I did about 2000 miles ... After removing the tyres from rims and refitting in the April noise inside the vehicle was unbearable at a speed of 60 km and the range of 90-100 km. Of course, the tyres were properly wrapped and stored for the winter. The suspension of the vehicle is ok. Now I have a problem, apparently the manufacturer is ignoring these claims. Do not recommend. Read more Collapse

Very good tyres on which I have already done over 4000km. Incredibly quiet and low rolling resistance (in my car, the fuel consumption on the road has dropped by about 0.6-0.7l/100km, or about 10%). Very good cornering grip for a normal profile tyre (195/65R15). I didn't notice any worse handling in corners caused by the softness of the tyre sidewalls. Emergency braking, both in the dry and wet, is very good. Read more Collapse

I am very happy with these comfortable driving tyres. They give the feeling as if the car was floating, and there is almost no rolling resistance, this happens because the tyres are really quiet which affects the driving comfort. Long distance driving with the tyres is not a problem. Braking is excellent, they behave very good in corners, also in the wet. Could definetely recommend these tyres. Read more Collapse

Tyres bought in June this year, after reading many reviews, I decided to see a test on Dunlop SP Sport Bluesponce, since I drive in the city 500km trip - 3 times a month, after driving a few thousand miles, I noticed the total silence, fuel consumption lowered by 0.4L/100 km, and the tread is like new with no visible signs of wear . On nitrogen it runs like a dream. They don't even squeal in a corner. Obedient. German workmanship, first class. I bought these tyres because they scored best for safety, noise and economy. I have been very happy with them, but I'm not sure that the lower noise is something you can really judge.
