Are you looking for innovative solutions for a sports car? The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 is a proposition for you. This model is the successor to the hugely popular and appreciated Michelin Pilot Sport 3. The model guarantees maximum performance during fast and dynamic rides , as well as safety on all surfaces. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 meets the expectations of those who are looking for reliable and comfortable tyres on their sports cars .
Dynamic Response technology was used in the tyre , which consists of a belt with hybrid aramid and nylon reinforcement that ensures optimal directional control. With a high density, extremely tension resistant and particularly lightweight fibre (five times more durable than steel), the centrifugal force is perfectly controlled and the tyre contact patch remains constant, even at high speed.
The asymmetric ultra-responsive tread constantly adapts to the road, thanks to the clever mastery of the dynamic interactions between the architecture, tread pattern, and materials, which results in optimal management of the contact patch.
Michelin Pilot Sport 4 is the solution for demanding drivers, ensuring a high level of safety on wet roads. Traction and braking have been improved compared to the previous model, thanks to the use of the new compound mix of functional elastomers and fine silica. In addition, wide and deep longitudinal grooves provide efficient water evacuation on wet roads and prevent aquaplaning.
This Michelin novelty was developed in collaboration with respected car manufacturers (such as Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW), which have extensive experience in the field of motor sports.
Michelin is one of the largest tyre companies in the world providing premium models for all kinds of vehicles. Brands such as Kormoran, Riken, BFGoodrich, Kleber and Saimtyre also belong to the company. Since its inception, Michelin has been present in the world of motorsport . Over the years, the tyres of the manufacturer have been used in various racing and rally disciplines.
