The Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ is the ideal solution for drivers looking for tyres which offer both driving safety in different conditions and outstanding performance. The asymmetric tread pattern guarantees superb driving performance in any of the conditions typically encountered in the summer months. The tyre offers improved grip thanks to the high-performance profile which increases the area of contact between the tyre and the road by up to 10%. The Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ also delivers maximum drivability when travelling at very high speeds thanks to the tyre's unique rubber compound which heats up extremely slowly, maximising driving performance.

The new Michelin-patented Eco N Grip technology makes the tyres more durable and reduces rolling resistance, resulting in lower fuel consumption. The Eco N Grip technology plays a particularly important role in terms of fuel savings by adding a layer of polymers underneath the tread, further increasing the tyre's energy efficiency. The asymmetric tread pattern comprises an exterior section and an interior section, delivering a full range of performance values on wet and dry roads. The wide blades rapidly disperse water and minimise the risk of aquaplaning, while their specially designed arrangement ensures outstanding grip on wet roads. The Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ is the ideal solution for everyday driving both in and out of town, and will meet the demands of any driver looking for maximum performance regardless of the weather.

Michelin

The ENERGY SAVER+ is manufactured by Michelin, the largest tyre manufacturer in Europe and among the largest in the world. The company manufactures tyres for passenger cars, lorries, motorbikes, bicycles and aeroplanes. The French-owned company's history goes back to 1889, when it was founded by two brothers, André and Édouard Michelin. The group owns a range of other brands, including: Kormoran, Kleber, Riken, Taurus, Warrior, Siamtyre, Tigar, BFGoodrich, Euromaster and Recamic. For more than 20 years it has been bringing to market ranges of eco-friendly tyres notable for their low levels of fuel consumption and atmospheric CO2 emissions.

    Opinion from outside IE

Before I made mu purchase I was wondering for a long time and was searching for a good summer tyres. I read plenty of opinions and tests concerning tyres’ parametres, rolling resistance, water drainage, noise level etc. Before I bought Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ tyres I checked everything and I made it with a total awareness. Man is suggestive and therefore I was still a little afraid if I had made a good choice. Now, after using the tyres for some time I can share my opinion with you and say that the choice was right. My drive is quite dynamic as I like driving with a high speed so I can definitely say that tyres were well tested. Right now I can tell you that Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ tyres are very good for the summer season. They’re quiet, the rolling resistance is great, what has the influence on the low fuel consumption, and I’m delighted with the grip. It is good on dry and in the rain. Very good handling and driving comfort. To sum up, if you are aware of the fact what is safety on the road, braking distance, generally if you are a carefull driver, you will enjoy driving on Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ tyres. My first impression – very quiet. I’ve never had such quiet tyres before. The second impression – low rolling resistance. Both very important to me. I’m using Michelin Energy Saver+ tyres for some time and I feel very comfortable, safe and relaxed thanks to them. My previous tyres lost grip on wet surface but with Michelins I do not have such problem. No skids. Great resistance to damage is also one of the most important advantages. They’re worth the price. And as to the price I would say that it is really reasonable, especially taking into consideration that it is Michelin – one of the best brands on the market. If you will decide to buy Michelin Energy Saver+ tyres, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed :) They’re really good and provide safety and stability. For now no problems noticed. In short, I’m very pleased with these tyre and I will buy the same next time. Read more Collapse

I think Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ are good tyres in terms of both quality and price. I believe we all know that this is one of the best brands. Maybe that’s why it has so many advantages. Revert to the cost, it is really not high comparing other upmarket brands. The tyres are amazingly quiet. Low rolling resistance. I can add that the grip is fantastic! They perform great in different weather conditions, I mean also in the rain. I had no problems with fitting and no problems with balancing :) what is also important for all of us I think. I guess there are some flaws of the tyres, but for now I didn’t notice any. It all also depends on driving style I think. If you ask me, I am satisfied with Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ tyres and I believe other drivers will be too. Read more Collapse

Hi guys! I was really excited when I have bought Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ tyres 205/55 R16. I always wanted to have Michelin tyres taking into consideration their superior durability especially in comparison to other brands. I’m not disappointed. There is a very good resistance to damage indeed. They are quiet, provide comfortable and save driving. I’m able to predict everything. What’s more, they’re stable on both dry and wet asphalt. And I used the also during a heavy rain. Very good car handling. I can enjoy a pleasant drive really. I believe I’ll be using Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ tyres for a long time. I will try to make t brief. I purchased the tyres some time ago as a new set. I used them for two years and made many many miles on them. Winter periods, of course, must be deducted :) I used winter tyres surely. Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ tyres are amazing. There is no damage after two seasons. Currently, they are waiting for the next season. I can say about them that they are quiet, reliable, economical. Major benefits of the usage of those tyres are high leverl of security, excellent durability and high fuel savings. During the whole time I used them, one of the tyres was punctured, fixed and doesn’t cause any problems. Choosing again, I would take Michelin ENERGY SAVER+. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

I am a young driver holding a driving license for 7 years. I have no experience in the use of many of tires from different manufacturers. In the spring, I chose to buy Michelin summer tires to secure and immediate guarantee of security and comfort. The tires have proven to be a very good choice, incineration dropped to my surprise of 1.7L / 100 km! Driving comfort much higher than for "Debica". The tires are very quiet, ideal exercise on dry and wet roads. Several times they surprised me very positively in emergency situations, forced braking. Perfectly realized the car with these tires on the slopes of mountains full of curves. I recommend that anyone wants to invest in a decent tire at a reasonable price. Read more Collapse

We know that new tires rocznikowo, the better for them, thus driving parameters, the mount for me to become more comfortable in both wet conditions, where a track maintenance and especially in the corners. The tires are great on dry pavement, but it seems that the rain behave much worse than the Energy Saver (not more) than I had before. However, it can be affected by changing a heavier vehicle. Overall, I think that compared to my previous tires on Omega is like heaven and earth, therefore, to judge well. When driving quickly and quietly rush the surface - not always the same - the car works in confidence and you can listen to the radio, even at 160 km / h, but Kombi. Tires have some 15tys.km and overall I'm happy, my assessment, it follows that I bought at the same time to the other car blueresponse dunlopy and Michelin falls far worse in all categories and especially the adhesion. The major problem that bothers me the most is hanging on the car, they are very soft tires with the sides of cloth and car rides like balloons, even a car running in the parking lot makes the car moves from left to right, it has a great influence on the stability of the car on the road. How conflict, it is the dunlopach, the price is the same and the quality gap Read more Collapse

there is no better Michelin tire + energy economy. People who write the Goodyear tire is the best, he does not know what he writes and does not know at all on a tire. Michelin is durable sensational. on the set of tires I drove 000 km to 140 exchanged against new ones. This tire is soft but very comfortable. tire wear is rewelacyjna.po driven 20,000 km NE could not see the tread wear. another pile of tires that will definitely be a Michelin. When choosing summer tires, I took into account primarily security. These tires I chose a label issued by OPONEO are very safe especially in wet conditions, yet the summer is not only the sun but also the rain, just variable time. Another criterion is the fuel consumption. In this case, these specific tires which is satisfactory chosen well and also take into account the noise that occurs while driving. It is also a very decent level. Summarizing these criteria, I think the tires just could not choose better. Read more Collapse

Tires have low rolling resistance. At higher speeds or very quiet road. Of course, also low. Checked several times in the rain impeccable behavior. He feels some traction and stability on wet and dry roads. The only downside in my opinion, too much loss of the tread compared to miles driven. After driving 6000 km height 6 mm at the front and rear of the tread of 6.5mm. Regarding the delicate profession. However, compared to the other makes use of the standard. Before there was the new car, used only after the seven years (the thickness of the treadmill of the tread), and they have not been spared. For me, the number one tire. Therefore, after replacement by new again and I put on the same model Michelin Energy Saver Plus. We'll see if it can withstand seven years :) but after so long already skruszala rubber and tire starts to make noise, but it would be a competitive exchange probably already after 5 years.
