The Hankook Ventus evo K137 is the manufacturer's mid-range summer tyre. The model is designed for fast and safe cornering and effective braking, even on wet roads. The Korean tyre owes much of its performance to the large lateral grooves, which widen towards the sides. The stiff sidewalls are also important - suitable for use on dry routes. There are also two other features worthy of note that improve the tyre's grip: the bevelled edges and the carefully selected resin content of the compound.
Another advantage of the Hankook Ventus evo K137 is its quiet running which translates into comfort on long journeys. This asset, together with optimised friction and uniform contact pressure distribution, means that the user can enjoy not only comfort, but also long tyre life. The Korean manufacturer claims that this model delivers 32% more mileage than the previous version of the tyre.

Hankook means ‘Korea’ in Korean, so the name itself is already indicative of the peninsula on which the company was founded. Since the company was founded in 1941, however, a lot has changed - the Seoul-based brand has established itself as a global mid-range tyre manufacturer. Technology centres in East Asia, the USA, and Europe are constantly striving to improve the tyres, so Hankook continues to produce safe models for fast driving in various conditions.
