    Opinion from outside IE

I have traveled five seasons on the tire. At first it was ok. Over time, however, it was getting worse on wet. A wet tire can suddenly lose traction without notice (e.g. when cornering). I had 2-3 unpleasant situations because of this. The older the tyre, the slower I had to ride in the wet (even if it was only a little wet and not heavy rainfall). On dry I have no objections. In contrast, such sudden and unexpected loss of grip on wet roads definitely discourage me from buying it again. The tyre likes to be warmed up - it stays better on wet during longer aggressive driving - unfortunately you never know when you will cross this border and land in a ditch. In the rain, it is recommended for really calm drivers. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

Welcome. My tyre size is 195/50R15, Honda Civic 3d 1998. Tyres were fitted on the front. I do not recommend on wheels with a width of less than 6.5 inches. I have 5,5 and it's a match! Benefits - tyre stops on the line for both, dry and wet! There is no problem in the ruts, erases water better than winter tyres. They are really comfortable. Better than: ToyoT1R, Falken 512 and 912, 185/60R14 Yokohama C drive Cons - terrible on the corners - it is their biggest drawback, in my opinion. Overall Rating 4, I recommend to people who drive safely and who want to have a quality tyre with an excellent wet and dry breaking. I do not recommend for high-speed corners. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

Generally an average tyre, for a lot of money. Much better to choose Continental. Much cheaper and much better handling. Somehow it works on dry asphalt, there is a tragedy on wet, there is no question of any stronger braking, ABS works immediately, even when you lightly touch the brake pedal. The same with acceleration - on dry road stays, on wet asphalt, stronger gas pressure and wheels lose traction, unfortunately. When cornering, it starts throwing away quite early and you have to keep that in mind. Where, although on winter tires I enter calmly at corners at a speed of 90 km / h, on Brigestone it is unfortunately 75 km / h, a maximum of 80. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

I bought these tyres based on the results of ADAC tests and opinions on this site and have not been disappointed. Very good tyres, certainly the best I've ever ridden. They stick to the road on dry and wet, I tried an emergency stop after the rain and I was positively surprised. For this, road inequalities became less painfull. Great balance without turning the steering wheel, not nervous to drive, even at high speeds, quiet. It is difficult to say something more about the wear, because it is their first season, but there is no excessive wear on the other hand, I do not expect an extraordinary longevity. Disadvantages - not much. I recommend. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside IE

Generally OK, but there are two things that annoyed me from the start of use. The first is the increased noise in the car. At the same time, with an increase in speed is less audible, but that is because it is mixed with the sound of the body hitting the air. Goodyear winter is definitely quieter. Secondly, there is less comfort. I noticed a greater stiffness in the suspension, my car became "more difficult". My tyres have a profile of 60, and I feel like it's 30-40! If you prefer convenience I do not recommend. Works wonderfully, both on dry and wet roads. Large corners, simple, even ruts do not cause problems. Read more Collapse
