Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 has been developed to meet the high demands of electric car owners. It is a premium product that will satisfy drivers who are looking for a tyre that provides excellent grip and is economical at the same time.
The model has been designed to use the Dry Contact Plus Technology, which means that the tyre actively responds to the driving style and the road surface. This way, the tyre helps to improve performance. Importantly, the product performs equally well in wet conditions. The innovative compound ensures better contact with the road, helping you to stop safely.
Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 also uses the Rim Protection Technology. A thicker layer of rubber is applied to the underside of the sidewall adjacent to the rim, in order to reduce the risk of damage when driving over curbs.
Goodyear is an American automotive company that supplies the market with premium tyres. With its innovative technologies, it has quickly become a worldwide household name in the tyre industry. Some of the greatest achievements of the brand’s engineers in recent years are the concept tyres: Eagle 360, Aero, and Goodyear SealTech Technology which automatically seals minor damage in the tread.

There have been a lot of new products on the market recently from well-known tyre manufacturers. For my size, the choice was the latest tyres from Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6th generation. Let me say at the outset that I will compare these tyres to the Michelin Pilot Sport 4, on which I ride and will continue to ride in the future. The latest Goodyear tyre is certainly a good product. It has new design features, colored stripes to show tyre wear, or a sidewall placed at a slight angle to improve streamlining. The aforementioned bits of trivia are all to the good. Despite these advantages, unfortunately, on dry pavement our tyre slipped too often. Ideal sunny weather conditions, a good asphalt surface and reheating the rubber did not improve this situation - the systems in the car triggered quite often. On the PS4, such behavior was much less frequent. In rainy conditions, on the other hand, very similar grip. Practically as good. Finally, I will also complain about the appearance, it could have been a little better for a premium tyre. Especially since it looked kind of nicer on the promotional graphics. In conclusion - the latest tyres are very good, for those looking for something new they could be an interesting option, and at the time of purchase they had a pretty reasonable price. There have been a lot of new products on the market recently from well-known tyre manufacturers. For my size, the choice fell on the latest tyres from Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6th generation. Let me start by saying that I will be comparing these tyres to the Michelin Pilot Sport 4, which I have been riding and will continue to ride in the future. The latest Goodyear tyre is certainly a good product. It has new design features, coloured stripes to show tyre wear, or a sidewall placed at a slight angle to improve streamlining. Ideal sunny weather conditions, a good asphalt surface and reheating the rubber did not improve this situation - the systems in the car triggered quite often. On the PS4, this behaviour was much less frequent. In rainy conditions, on the other hand, very similar grip. Virtually as good. Finally, I'll also complain about the appearance, it could have been a little better for a premium tyre. All the more so as it looked sort of nicer on the promotional graphics. All in all - the latest tyres are very good, for those looking for something new they could be an interesting option and they had a pretty reasonable price at the time of purchase. Read more Collapse

I will write like this: This tyre is a piece of solid rubber. On dry pavement, the tyres stick as if glued to the asphalt. On a wet roadway it is not worse at all. They are currently put an Audi A3 with about 200 horsepower and it's hard to break traction. This is my third set of tyres from this brand. One set fitted in an Alfa Romeo, the other in a BMW seri5 ( asymetric 5) with 300 hp. The price to quality is sensational - the fact may not be the cheapest, but remember that the tyre on the car is the only place where the vehicle is in contact with the road. In my opinion, one should not save on tyres. If someone wants to have peace of mind, these tyres for dynamic driving are highly recommended! Read more Collapse

I can 100% recommend the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6. Compared to the Bridgestone Potenza S001, which were in the Leon from new, they are much quieter. Reliable handling in the dry and wet. They transfer power and torque nicely. Also, if someone is bothered by tyre noise, I recommend Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6. Before buying, it is worth taking a peek at English-language online forums. Not always a quieter tyre on the label is quieter, for example, at highway speeds. Bridgestones were very noisy, and now longer routes whether on asphalt or concrete highways is a huge difference in comfort :) Read more Collapse

Great tyres. I previously owned the fifth generation on my A3 8P, then put the sixth on my Lexus IS300h. The car drives confidently on both wet and dry surfaces. They are quiet. Although you can probably find quieter ones on the market. Certainly in terms of the sound generated, they are inferior to the noise of the air flowing around the body. The sound while it's wet is also hardly noticeable. I think that for this class, they are at an excellent price and this is one of the best items on the market. Read more Collapse

The next generation of tyres I have known for years in my car. Invariably excellent for Polish weather conditions in the summer and transitional season. Quiet on dry pavement, confidently evacuate water in the rain, precise handling in corners. There are many similar tyres with similar reviews that I have used on different cars, but these are the ones I trust the most, and I am happy to use their sixth series. I recommend them unquestionably for their technical qualities, comfort and favorable price. Read more Collapse

I returned to tyres of this brand after a multi-year break. I chose for a long time from among the offerings of Pirelli, Dunlop and Michelin, among others. I decided to trust Goodyear. The advantage of the tyres is certainly the excellent grip on dry pavement, especially when taking turns and curves at higher speeds. Wet grip I can't reliably assess - I too rarely drove in such conditions. After one season I have not noticed excessive wear. The tyres seem to be resistant to damage - abrasions, etc. Read more Collapse

I returned to the brand after a break of many years. It took me a long time to choose between the Pirelli, Dunlop and Michelin brands. I decided to put my trust in Goodyear. The advantage of the tyres is certainly the excellent dry grip, especially when cornering and curving at higher speeds. Wet grip is not something I can reliably assess - I've rarely driven in wet conditions. After one season I have not noticed excessive wear. Tyres seem to be resistant to damage - scuffs etc. Read more Collapse
Tyres purchased in the spring of 2023. Before that, I used Dunlop Sport Maxx RT. They were also great, however, I decided to replace them before the end of the tread because they slipped me several times in the wet. The current ones are even better. Softer which, with this tyre width, makes them easier to drive. They also hold direction better when driving in ruts. The price is the same as Dunlop. There are parts I do not save on. I recommend. The tyres are sensational in all conditions. A big plus is the elegant design of the side of the tyre. I have always used Eagle summer tyres and have always been satisfied. I started with the 3rd generation through to the 5th and now it is the turn of the 6th and I am still a satisfied customer. Read more Collapse

Very nice tyre, in another car I have Michelin PS5 and now I regret that I did not wait for the release of the A6. Grips the road up well, in terms of longevity I don't believe it will last more than the Michelin, but the price is also lower, so overall on the plus side. Read more Collapse

Great tyre both on dry and wet pavement. Great for dynamic driving on the road from the first shot, tyres do not require reheating. Braking on wet pavement is very impressive. The response on the steering wheel is immediate, and on top of that the tyre is quite quiet. Read more Collapse

Tyres hold up very well in the dry, as well as in the wet. I thought they would be noisy, similar to the Bridgestones of the same class regarding rolling resistance and noise. It turned out that they were definitely quieter than the Bridgestones Turanza 6. Read more Collapse

Brilliant tyres for dynamic driving, no matter if it's dry or wet. Even when the temperature drops to about 5 degrees C, they still do a great job on a rear wheel drive car. Overall I consider the value for money to be perfect. I recommend 10/10! Read more Collapse
