Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3

I wanted to leave comments on Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 later, but i had a couple of events after that i can not get over. Recently, while driving along a winding road relatively quickly (65-75 mph) but even though the conditions weren't good the tyres had an excellent grip. I remember there was a day when a pedestrian walked over while i was driving 60 mph on rainy day. I pushed the pedal to the metal and i stopped almost immediately without squeak. In addition, both the braking and traction on dry roads are great. Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 are rain tyres you can have a high expectations about, but the common sense does not allow me to test them at 100%. Regarding the road inequities suppression, it is fairly ok, but on the other hand, not much can be expected in this respect the tyre profile 45. Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 are certainly tyres for dynamic driving. If someone likes to drive fast and feeling in control on a curves or when suddenly braking then it is the tyre for him. Feel like a tyre can comfortably cope with the uneven road even if the steering wheels started shaking. Lateral grip is good. Comfort is of the best I've had in my car so far. I've been using Continental, Dunlop and Michelin among the others, but Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 is something special in itself. Just get them for yourself and you'll know! Read more Collapse

With a clear conscience i can recommend Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3. I tested in my 200 horse powered Astra on dry and wet surface. I was very surprised with how fast i can go against fairly sharp turns and the tyres were holding to the road as if they were stuck! Obviously also reduced braking distance compared to other tyre brands. With Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 tyres i feel very safe while driving. They behave ideally for a fairly aggressive drivers. In my opinion Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 is the best summer tyre model which I have used. Only once I decided to buy some chinese budget class product and I will never do it again. Since this time I choose only between premium class tyres. I am rather calm driver so I can not tell too much about fast driving or some dangerous situations but it is not the first time when I have them fitted on my car so it may mean something. I had sports conti 5 255/30 r20 on my a5 already and then switched to the Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetric 2 and now the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3! Conti is also a very good tyre, but unfortunately, it wears a bit too fast, and noise emission inside the car was starting to be noticeable. Goodyear did everything a little better, and keeps in good 7milimeters after 6500 miles driven, therefore i recommend Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 to mature drivers! Read more Collapse

Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 model is outstanding in the dry, really good grip with virtually no tyre squeal even at very high speed cornering, in the damp/wet the grip is still pretty good as long as the tyres are warmed up. Not quite as good at putting the power down as my previous premium class tyres but still I am more than satisfied. When it's wet but overall a very good tyre with good wear and good rim protection. Only done about 3k in the new Asymmetric 3s and I'm very pleased about buying them from Oponeo. Great grip wet or dry (quattro helps) and stopping is excellent. Cornering is good too, even with a little acceleration there is no drift. I've spent a long time thinking which tyres should i choose. It is hard to pick any premium brand because the ads are full great qualities, but ultimately i decided to go for the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3. I highly recommend these tyres. I've driven 8-9k km and on the tyre there is no sight of wear, they look like brand new! On a dry superb! The car is like glued to the road. When it comes to wet surfaces, it also works very well, it's hard to lose a grip. I am very glad that I have decided to buy this tyres. I recommend this tyres. All like described on the website. Fuel consumption on this tyres has dropped by more than a litter per 100 km, a silent tyre grips well at high speeds. I am driving usually in the city with longer trips from time to time outside the city. I have covered more than around 15 000km from March and tread looks very good. They are soft but not that soft as Dunlops. They still maintain a high greap in dry and wet conditions. Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 is a great tyre model I have to say. I have them fitted about a year now. I do not want to replace them with any other model as long as it will be possible to buy them. The tyres are doing really well, on a dry perfect and in the rain even better, lack of grip or getting aquaplaning. With sharp braking from a high speed feel as the tyres literally bite into the asphalt is a very strange feeling but the effect is sensational braking distance is perfectly short. My first impression is really good. Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 is great for dry and wet roads. Tracktion is outstanding. I have long wondered what summer tyres to buy for my Passat and the choice fell on this model. I do not regret. It's hard to rate anything after 1,5 k km, but the overall impression is very positive, especially when the air temperature is above 15 degrees. At lower temperatures noticeable lower grip on the car with quite high power (Focus RS 305KM). Overall, I recommend it Read more Collapse

I had a previous version for Goodyear’s. Now purchased Asymmetric 3. Everything seems to be fine with them. Very good traction and good water drainage in wet conditions. Also compering to Michelin PS3 new model is more quiet and comfortable. Recommended ! Read more Collapse

only done a few miles on these but so they are as expected. replaced front two tyres with the same Eagle F1's as they were a bit below par in the wet. new ones do the job nicely great price too and €15 each to fit the two and balance. Read more Collapse
