Tigar is a brand from Serbia. The company dates back to 1935, when it was associated with the local shoe market. Only in 1959, they began to produce car tyres. Tigar works with the French company, Michelin. As a result, they have gained access to state-of-the-art technology, which has affected its growing presence on the market. Tigar manufactures tyres for passenger cars, vans, trucks and agricultural vehicles.

175/70 R13 tyres are installed in city cars and family cars. The size of the tyre can be seen on its sidewall where it is provided in a form of a string of numbers (the "R" in the tyre's size denotes its radial construction).
