Riken is a Japanese brand founded in 1917. The company manufactures economy class tyres for passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and trucks. The Riken brand has emerged in the awareness of customers worldwide, exporting tyres to foreign markets. In 1997, the company was acquired by Michelin, and has been owned by them ever since.

195/60 R14 tyres are designed for dynamic family passenger cars. The size of the tyre can be seen on its sidewall in a form of a string of signs. The first number informs about the tread width of the tyre (in this case it is 195 millimetres). The second number equals the tyre profile's height and its percentage ratio to the tyre's tread width.
