175/70 R14 tyres are produced with passenger cars and delivery vehicles in mind. The size of the tyre comes in a form of a string of numbers and a letter which informs about the type of the tyre's construction ('R" stands for radial). The first number informs about the tread width of the tyre and it is provided in millimetres. In the case of the 175/70 R14 tyre it equals 175 mm.
