When I wanted to complain about the tyres, the oponeo service was helpful on the phone, but during the exchange of e-mails, if the service decided that there was nothing wrong with the tyres, I would have to pay all the costs related to re-installation of the tyres and postage costs, which would significantly exceed the value of these Chinese tyres.
