I bought two tires brand Zeetex Ice-Plus S100. I am very happy with these tires. The tire is silentieux, good quality. It behaves very well on snow and braking is blameless. Of course, this is a Chinese product, but in fact it is no worse for high-end products. Performance and reliability are there so I do not need anything else :)

Value for money speaks for itself. According to me better to buy a new 3-year Chinese "brand" tires. Good Tire tread much the only downside is the volume, but quietly to survive.

I bought the tires Zeetex Ice-Plus S100 for the winter season 2009/2010. So far I've done 7-8 one thousand kilometers. And I must add that the tires look new. In addition, their running properties remained the same. I do not regret my decision, if I had to choose again my tires I would make the same choice. Especially, the value for money is really interesting :)
