I think complaining about a new tire for 150 zł is a misunderstanding. For the price we get excellent price corresponding tire! For me, it was a perfect purchase. They behave much better than my "łyszelinów" and just expect them. So far I have not missed and recommend cost-effective, conscious of what they buy!
