Technical info: The Imperial Ecodriver 2 is a summer tyre for cars and vans. The strength of this model results from its reinforced structure, achieved by the use of a modern rubber compound . The rubber compound is also resistant to high temperatures and various mechanical damage types. It is also important that the strengthening of the sidewall made the tyre abrasion resistant.
The designers also focused on ensuring an appropriate level of safety. This was achieved through the use of an innovative tread with thin central grooves that guarantee perfect grip in dry conditions - also at very high speeds. In wet conditions, it effectively removes excess of water from under the tyre reducing the risk of aquaplaning. All of this increases the level of safety for the driver and passengers in all conditions. The outer rows of the tread are responsible for maintaining stability and excellent cornering grip.
