Opinion from outside IE
The Hankook i*cept RS W442 tyres behave very well after driving over 5000 km on them. Braking on dry road comes with easy. It's quite good on wet as well. You can feel that these tyres redirect water like they should. They require some effort in snow and slush, and on mud they could be a bit easier to drive. They're not the quietest tires, although the noise here is relative since it depends on the car itself as well. Therefore, the noise can be heard as louder of quieter - in my opinion these tyres in general are quiet, though it could be even better. Regarding eliminating of noise by installing damping, it will do the job, although it may be a bit uneven, depending on your suspension. Rolling resistance is satisfactory. Durability - I covered 5000 miles driving in a moderate way, there's no tread wear visible to the nakek eye. To sum up, I really recommend the Hankook i*cept RS W442. They also have a good price. The Hankook i*cept RS W442 winter tires were acquired on the recommendation of a friend vulcaniser. I was always interested in the subject of tyres and I bought them from recognised brands (Michelin or Continental), that's why I was a bit sceptical for this product, but it turned out - I needn't have to worry. I drove through two winter seasons on Winter I*cept RS W442 tyres and I don't see any reason to complain. The tyres are fitted to an A4 B5 (15 inch) and they behave very well, no matter if used on dry, wet or light snow. I often drive on highways and even at speeds of 80-100 mph, they still guarantee stable handling and high safety, especially on wet surface. Additionally, Hangook I*cept RS W442 drives very well on snow. In the dry surface, it behaves well (especially for a winter tyre). In the end, like most, I recommend these tyres. :) Read more Collapse

Delivery to a fitting service is a great option - I definitely recommend it! Hankook I*cept RS W442 tyres presented no problems with balancing. Although winter has been mild this season, the tyres were used on a countryside as well... the tyres have passed the exam on snow with good results... they handle well on a path full of fresh snow without problems. Wide surface, redirecting snow, seems to work well. I haven't noticed any problem with going off the road. I've driven almost 13000 km with them since January, changed them to summer tyres until mid-May, and the front tyres worn less than 1.5 mm, taking into account the temperature this winter, mostly with dry weather; I consider this a good result this. I will gladly takle the Hankook I*cept RS W442 tyres into the third season... I highly recommend them to all! Read more Collapse

I highly recommend these tyres to all those, who have safety at heart while driving. The Hankook i*cept RS W442 tyres are very good on both snow and slush - not to mention how they behave in dry conditions. Car sticks to the road probably to speeds up to 75 mph on snow and under dry conditions up to 93 mph without anything alarming. I haven't checked this tyre above this speed. The only downside is that these tyres can be a bit noisy above 60 mph, but it's not very heavy. Fuel consumption of Hankook i*cept RS W442 hasn't changed in comparison to summer tyres. Greetings, so far I used other tyres on my Passat, both the vehicle and the tyres were good, but the original ones were very expensive. In March, we bought this little sweet tyres and fell in love with them at the first sight. Three days after we installed new rims, we fitted new Hankook i*cept RS W442 tyres. They are really amazing. Unfortunately, winted is already gone and we'll continue the adventure with them in the upcoming winter... now I can't wait to drive a high-speed car and drive it safely. I recommend to all.
