Continental AllSeasonContact 2 is the second instalment of the enduringly popular all-season tyre range from the premium German brand. It is designed for passenger cars, including electric vehicles (EV-Compatible).
The brand's designers created an adaptive directional tread for this model. It is distinguished by the use of two different designs:
V-shaped grooves are responsible for the drainage of mud, snow, or water from the front of the tyre. Thus, they improve the car's grip in difficult weather conditions.
The blocks in the central zone of the tread are shaped like a 'C' so that they can work collectively and increase the stiffness of the tyre at high speeds. As a result, they improve driving stability, allowing better car control and more precise handling.
The undisputed advantages of the tyre also include the new release of the Chili Series rubber compound. It retains sufficient flexibility in frosty weather, while not losing rigidity in high temperatures. This ensures predictable tyre performance all year round while optimising rolling resistance and prolonging service life.
Continental is a German brand classified in the premium segment. The company has been supplying tyres to global markets for decades for a wide range of vehicles, from electric cars and motorbikes to sports cars and special vehicles. The high quality of Continental products is confirmed by the opinions of satisfied drivers and the results of annual expert tests.
