Bridgestone Turanza T001 is the optimum choice for drivers who want to enjoy full performance and safety on the road, taking care of the environment at the same time. This summer tyre manufactured by Bridgestone is a product with unique properties that ensure its perfect operation in all weather conditions and this may come as a surprise to some drivers. NanoPro-Tech technology significantly reduces rolling resistance (up 19%). The flat profile used in the tyre increases its contact with the ground, which results in better grip and improved manoeuvrability.

Specially designed asymmetric tread pattern with unique groove reduces noise emission, ensuring greater driving comfort. Large lateral tread blocks ensure adequate stiffness and the immediate response of the tyre. The structure of the tread also improves resistance to mechanical damage. One major advantage of the model is facilitated by the wide grooves that efficiently evacuate water and minimise the risk of aquaplaning. The high-tech rubber compound used for manufacturing Bridgestone Turanza T001 extends the operational life of the tyre. In addition, the tyre wears evenly across its tread surface, guaranteeing its safety and full performance throughout its life.

Bridgestone is the largest manufacturer of tyres in the world and has been in operation since 1931. Apart from tyres, this Japanese company also manufactures products for various industries including sports accessories, rubber products, chemicals and auto parts. Currently, the company operates 59 factories around the world. In addition to its own brand, Bridgestone manages many others, including Seiberling, Road King, Gillette, Peerless, Firestone, FireStop and Dayton. The name "Bridgestone" is the literal English translation of Japanese name of the company's founder -Shōjirō Ishibashi.

I had the Bridgestone Turanza ER300 previously mounted on my car. They were very durable. I have done 50,000 miles on them. They were loud and a rubber compound was too hard. It was annoying, especially on German motorways, which have a “loud” surface. My vulcanizer recommended the Bridgestone Turanza T001 to me. He said that they are a way better in terms of comfort. The rubber compound is softer but it still has a high durability. I can confirm that the tyres are soft but stable and predictable!!! I can hear some weak noise while driving my car but it is rather obvious as the tyre width is 215 mm). The Bridgestone Turanza T001 and Turanza ER300 are as different as chalk and cheese! It is surprising how comfortable are these tyres. When it comes to a durability, I cannot tell anything as it is too early. I will write another review after the first year of usage. From my point of view, the tyres look good but some people may say they do not look sporty. Well, they are not designed for a sport purpose… :-) Read more Collapse

If you are looking for some good tyres characterized by a good handling and an extraordinary braking distance, the Bridgestone Turanza T001 is a good offer for you. Once I mounted the tyres on my car I had to drive a lot in a short period of time so I had a possibility to test them. The first impression was that my vehicle was more comfortable on a motorway. However, I was truly surprised while driving around corners. The manufacturer of the tyres has completely eliminated the problem of lack of grip. Now my car is no longer understeer in tight corners. The Bridgestone Turanza T001 tyres are relatively quiet. The handling on a dry surface is cracking (it is a bit worse on a wet road, especially in flooded ruts). Perhaps I should not compare them to Uniroyal Rainexpert, which were designed for rainy weather. Sometimes I have to drive faster. While driving at a steady speed of 140mph I did not notice anything disturbing but when you drive on an uneven road at low speed, some slight vibrations may occur. Read more Collapse

Greetings! I purchased the Bridgestone Turanza T001 tyres in the size 205/55R16. I need them for my BMW 118d 122PS. I had the Bridgestone Turanza ER 300 RFT (Run On Flat) mounted on my vehicle as the original equipment. I have done over 60,000 miles on the old Turanzas so I can tell that ER 300 did their job. Now I have T001 model and after doing a few miles I would like to share my thoughts with all drivers, who consider buying the Bridgestone Turanza T001 tyres. The first important difference I have noticed is a silence inside my car. It is now definitely more comfortable. What is more, the tyres improved a handling. The only drawback is how they look on the wheels – they look strange without a rim protector. I have to test them in a rainy weather and then I will make an another review. Some people may say that these tyres do not look good on wheels but I did not purchase them to look at them. The only thing I need is their performance. Read more Collapse

Previously I had the Uniroyal Rainsport 2 tyres mounted on my vehicle and I was satisfied with their quality. However, the Bridgestone Turanza T001 are even better. The old Uniroyals had some problems with a wet grip. I think it was connected with their poor design. What is more, their rubber compound was too hard. I have the Bridgestone Turanza T001 just for six months and I have done approximately 2,500 miles so it is difficult to express my opinion about their durability. The only thing I can say is that they are quieter than my previous tyres. I will check whether they are hard wearing tyres or not. I hope that a quality of these Bridgestones will be as good as it was in Uniroyal Rainsport 2. I would like to recommend the tyres to all customers of Oponeo online shop. Read more Collapse

I have been thinking a lot about buying the Bridgestone Turanza T001 tyres before I purchased them eventually. I am a bit disappointed because these are premium brand tyres and they are a bit too loud. However, that is the only drawback I have noticed. The tyres provide a really good grip, especially in a dry weather conditions. On a wet road the ABS and ASR systems have to activate from time to time. The Bridgestone Turanza T001 tyres are excellent for driving on the UK roads. The biggest advantage was the price. Taking into consideration the fact that these are premium tyres, it was a really reasonable purchase. I am very impressed with a quality of these tyres and when the time comes, I will certainly replace them with either the same ones or the newest avilable model. Read more Collapse

Earlier I used the Bridgestone Turanza P300, which were from the beginning in the car, I covered 90,000km and I decided to change only due to the age of the tyres (10 years), because they had 4mm of tread. The difference in the new ones is significant, the tyres are quieter, they drain the water well (for some it can be a problem because nothing can be seen from the rear as we drive on a wet surface, a wall of water from the tyres). On the dry they perform normally, they do not loose their grip on sharp cornering corners. The appearance of the tyre does not knock down, they are so normal and on the side they look like they have little air. I generally recommend tyres, I'm happy with them Read more Collapse

Bridgestone Turanza T001 tyres use the second year, at the moment the course of 38,000 km. Very quiet tyres, extremely durable in my opinion ... low wear despite a good mileage, quite comfortable. On a dry surface they hold well enough, they give a decent sense of security, they run very correctly on straight, fast sections (highways). Unfortunately, on a wet surface they are quite slippery, they break contact sometimes, even during normal starting from under the lights, they take turns in corners. The braking distance is very good at dry, only decent on wet. Overall, I'm happy but there are better and cheaper tyres at the moment like Dunlop Sport Maxx RT Read more Collapse

The tyres I bought have a low rate of wear, although I only travelled 10,000 km on them. Turanza is a little quieter than my previous Bridgestone er300, but a lot depends on the structure of the asphalt. I have noticed that when driving on fresh black asphalt the combustion is higher but it is very quiet. Also, the old asphalt - noisier - combustion is less. The tyres don't have the protection of the rim, so I don't think it's pretty, but it's not just a question of safety. They are flexible and hold well to the road, even at high speeds. I think it's the best choice for the money. I recommend it to everyone! Read more Collapse

Hi. I have been looking for tyres for more than two months reading many reviews and the end I decided to get these for my mondeo sw. First thing and noise: After doing a 1600km trip. I am very satisfied. Then it's the tread consumption: I did a little more than 5000km and in my opinion they won't go over 25/30 thousand km. But it's ok even if I hoped to do about 40 thousand 😊. Then the grip and driving with speed of 225 also very satisfied. To sum up, for the big family cars are ideal. On the other hand, if you have a small car and a strong driving style, I think that the tread consumption is much higher. Read more Collapse

More comfortable than a sports tyre - that's natural - the "Turanza" series is a touring tyre. Noise is improved (compared to previous versions), i.e. it is silent. Rolling resistance - I have not noticed any increase in combustion. The most important thing is that the grip on dry and wet is perfect (in terms of traction). The biggest disadvantage - the tyre is soft - at 2.2 pressure it seems to be under-inflated - when changing direction in corners quickly you can feel unstable - very soft rims. For smoother running - I recommend :) Read more Collapse

The tyre is totally different from the ER300 Turanza on which I have been driving for over 6 years. ER300 was very precise, directional, stiff, not very comfortable. On the ruts, she pulled the steering wheel from her hands. T001 resembles a winter tyre - no directionality, soft on ruts, quiet on unevenness, but not enough precision on curves and corners. In sharp curves, feel the deflection (you have to turn the steering wheel harder than the ER300). It does not suit me a bit, I would prefer something between T001 and ER300. Read more Collapse

I bought spring tyres, I have already done them about 9,000 km and I can say that they work on a dry surface with a squeak move because the tyres beautifully pull the car forward, grip in the corners is also great, wet on the surface, they stick very well, no I had problems with them, my tyres still have my brother-in-law and I also praises, if I had to buy tyres for the summer again, I would not think about it, it would be better to spend bit more on tyres and have a safe and well-gripping tyre Read more Collapse

Great tyres, I put them on as soon as the weather conditions allowed and I was lucky enough to get out on the asphalt. Total silence. After a few millie's of course I can hear the noise, but don't make a lot of noise. I recommend these tyres to my friends and customers and don't hide the fact that I recommend this brand of tyres to everyone. Braking on different surfaces is very good, driving in the wet is very good, but this is also due to a good braking system. I highly recommend it. Read more Collapse

Hello, I travel a lot for business and privately with my family. We always take a lot of stuff with us, 2 bikes plus a box on the roof. The car has always been tuned up. The noise level varies depending on the road surface. Generally quite quiet in my opinion. Very good grip on dry pavement, seems to be even better on wet pavement. I would recommend it to anyone. Price in this class is really attractive and has no effect on quality. I had the opportunity to drive at high speed through the creek that flows on the tarmac after the storm, and, and ... nothing. After driving in a rut full of water at 80-90km / h also do not lose the grip. I had the opportunity to drive on lower class tyres less in the car and here was no longer so colourful. I decided to buy the tyres after having spoken to an oponeo consultant. Strengths: quiet, very good absorption, good braking grip. Disadvantages: they are very soft and lose grip when moving off quickly. Big minus: grip in bends is a tragedy, I feel like I am falling out of a bend, tyres have very soft sidewalls, even at high pressure the tyre looks like it has no air. I will definitely not buy these tyres again next season Read more Collapse

The previous owner of my car also bought Bridgestone Turanza. I decided to make the purchase. Old tyres went on the back, new ones on the front. The old ones were still in great condition - the previous owner drove really smoothly. I like to drive fast and furious, with a little bit of craziness - they work perfectly. I think I can recommend them to anyone with a clear conscience. Read more Collapse

A lot of driving on the tyres (between 40 and 350km a day). They are fun to drive on and on dry pavement they are a real pleasure. Personally, I'm a bit wary of them in the rain as they can be a bit slippery (I've had better rain tyres). Generally bought at a very good price and that is why I give them an A plus, at a normal and not promotional price it would be 4 or maybe 4+ Read more Collapse

These tyres have low tyre wear compared to other models from the best tyre manufacturers (not compare them to Chinese food as not to buy). With this perfect fitment on the surface, not only as they are new and are 100% tread (for example, so many manufacturers have tyres with the name of the eco). Bridgestone Turanza tyres are extremely comfortable, safe and reliable tyres. They are quiet, which is very much appreciated. On wet asphalt, they give confident handling, even in corners. On dry asphalt, you can feel how firmly they grip the asphalt, while having no negative effect on fuel consumption or rolling resistance. I would definitely recommend this tyre. Read more Collapse

Decent tyres. Trouble-free handling in dry and wet conditions. Tread pattern very attractive in my opinion. After more than 15,000 km, there is hardly any visible wear. The tyre feels solid and refined, despite potholes and high urban kerbs there is still no damage. The minus side is the noise level, which could be lower, but overall a very positive impression.
