Imperial Ecodriver 4S

I bought some time ago at oponeo.co.uk. I founded a few days ago, I traveled on them 1 000 miles but now I am able to say that I'm happy with them. Immediately after leaving the shop I knew that the purchase was successful. The tyre practically is difficult to be heard, so in my opinion they are very quiet. They don’t generate any vibrations, it was possible to balance it on the rim without any problems. Today I checked it on a very wet surface and it’s a revelation! I have the feeling that the tyre sticks to the road that I did not even feel before using summer tyres. For my point of view, I can really recommend. I checked them on snowy white roads in Czech mountains and they managed. It went without chains, so they passed exam. These are my first winter all-season tyres, I was a bit afraid of behaving in the snow, but it's all right. After switching straight away from summer runflat tyres I can say that they are quite silent. On dry as well as wet they also work as they should. Their behavior is predictable. The only manufacturing flaw is their imperfect round shape - the vulcanizer said that it is the standard for this class of tyres. It's not noticeable on the steering wheel, maybe slighly. I bought a set of all-season Imperial tyres for some of my old Focus, some of the savings reasons and a bit becasue of curiosity. Of course, there were some concerns about their driveability, performance and quality. And I have to admit, that I am really surprised. The tyres are very solidly made, quiet, they cope well both on warm days and during winter exploitation. There were never problems with maintaining control over the vehicle, and after nice few months of use and mileage of over 7 000 miles, The trace of use are hardly visible. I recommend honestly! These are another Chinese tyres, in the second car I have Zetex 205/40/17. As for now they are doing very well and I confirm the parameters, as they are described. Imperial 4s drive in the car that goes mostly around the city about to fulfill their roles are softer than Kleber, which I used before and similar to Maxis, the one whichc I had before. In winter, I travel mainly around the city. The typical winter tyres of a good brand for my car is a big expenditure, unprofitable for me. The rest of the year means trips outside the city, so-called routes, but also not last long, max. around 700 miles both ways. I am satisfied, but after 3000 miles I observe trace of tyre wears and slightly confused because I hope that they will last at least 3/4 of the seasons. Although I did not drive much, but the tyres worked well in winter and spring. I can not say anything bad about these tyres. They are simply cheap and good. I was looking for cheap tyres that kept decent quality. These tyres are better than I expected. They keep good on curves, except for winter they behave like standard summer tyres. I recommend to all these cheap tyres, in my case four tyres were used a lot on the route due to my profession - the noise level is really surprising comparing to other tyres that I had before - rolling resistance a bit higher, than the consumption increased, after all I recommend. Previously, I drove with Vredenstein. No problems. Unfortunately, it is different now. On wet and snow it is still OK. REally bad on dry and dynamic driving. The tyre changes the lead with a higher load. You never know how to behave. It is simply dangerous. Read more Collapse
