Withdrawal from a distance contract and product replacement

As a Consumer, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as it is in unused condition. You do not have to give a reason, but we would appreciate it if you do.

Please note that only individuals have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. For companies and institutions, only product replacement is possible.

How to withdraw from a remote contract?

    Before you contact us, please prepare: your order number and phone number, then call 016994151 or write to: claim@oponeo.ie

  • Submission

    We will accept your application.
    If you want us to know the reason for the return, please download the withdrawal statement and fill it out.
    At this stage, you can choose to exchange the product or return the funds.

  • Product return

    We are waiting on the product return You have two options: deliver the product to us on your own or use our courier service (paid service).

  • Exchange or refund

    We will start the process of exchange* or refund (according to your decision). We will keep you informed by email or phone.

How to replace the product?

  • Product return

    We are waiting on the product return You have two options: deliver the product to us on your own or use our courier service (paid service).

  • Summary and exchange of goods

    We will begin the process of exchange* for another predetermined product, and we will keep you informed about the progress of this process by email or phone.

*If the goods were imported from an external warehouse, the waiting period may be longer.

When can a contract be terminated?

  • When you decide you no longer want the goods

  • When you make a mistake while ordering

  • When you want to exchange a product for another

Only individuals have the right to return the product. For companies, it is only possible to exchange the product for another.
